“I started L A U R E N E because I couldn’t find a household cleaner that was safe around little hands — on every surface they touch and beautiful enough to belong in our home.”
Every surface cleanser she tried was either harsh enough to worry her around her children, or so clinical it made her home feel like a hospital. She wanted something plant-based, genuinely safe, and beautiful enough to leave on the counter. She couldn’t find it. So she made it — for her husband, for her three children, and eventually for families like hers.
Over time she realised her home needed more than clean surfaces. On busy days, when the children were restless and emotions ran high, she wanted simple rituals that could create moments of calm. A freshly cleaned kitchen. A quiet evening after a long day. A home that felt welcoming when her husband returned.
What began as a search for safer products became something deeper: the belief that the spaces we live in shape how we feel, think, and connect with one another.
