Returns & Refunds<\/h2>\n\n

We want you to be happy with your LAURENE purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop.laureneliving@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n

To be eligible for a return or replacement:<\/p>\n\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060The product must be unused and unopened.
\u2022\u2060 \u2060The product must be returned in its original packaging.
\u2022\u2060 \u2060For damaged deliveries, please provide photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery where possible.<\/p>\n\n

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, opened or used products, or differences in personal scent preference.<\/p>\n\n

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, LAURENE will provide a replacement or refund, including reasonable return delivery costs where applicable.<\/p>\n\n
