What is it made of?
Crafted with a blend of fragrance and functional ingredients, selected for everyday home care. For product-specific ingredient information, please contact us.
对儿童安全吗？
Yes. It’s mild, safe for toys and play surfaces.
对宠物安全吗？
Not for direct use on pets. Keep the area well-ventilated and let surfaces dry before pets return to the room. Check with your vet if you have concerns about essential oils.
What's your return or exchange policy if I don't like the scent?
Sorry, we don’t accept returns if you don’t like the scent. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days with a few photos, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Where do you deliver, and how long does delivery take?
We currently deliver within Singapore, with orders arriving about a week after confirmation.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
Yes, as a special order. Email us.
Do you offer a subscription or refill option?
Subscription, yes, at 10% off. We’re working on a refill option and will let you know shortly.

我可以在哪里使用它？
Most surfaces: countertops, tables, glass, tile, stainless steel, door handles, toys, furniture.
我的皮肤比较娇嫩，需要小心吗？
Spray the surface cleanser on a cloth, not directly on the surface, and test on a small spot first. Always good to be careful!
Can I use it on chopping boards or other food-contact surfaces?
We wouldn’t recommend it directly on food-contact surfaces. If it gets on one of these surfaces, just rinse it off.
How long does one 500ml bottle last with regular use?
About two months of everyday use.

旅行时可以使用吗？
Certainly! Just order the MIST spray head instead of the original one. As the bottle is 100ml, you can bring it onboard a plane too.
