3. Our products
We sell the Botanical Surface Cleanser and Botanical Room Mist, hand-blended in small batches in Singapore. Because our products are hand-blended, small variations in scent intensity or colour between batches are normal and are not considered defects. Product images on our website are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods offered on our website.
5. Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We may accept or decline any order, including where there is a pricing error, a stock issue, or suspected fraud. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation from us.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within Singapore only. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the product passes to you once it is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please check your delivery address carefully, as we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
7. Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will assess each request individually. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or refund, unless the product is faulty. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
8. Product use and safety
Our products are intended for household surface cleaning and air freshening only. Follow the directions on the product label. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, stop use and seek medical advice.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the LAURENE name, belongs to or is licensed to Laurene Living and is protected under Singapore intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted under Singapore law, Laurene Living is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, beyond the purchase price of the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

You agree to indemnify Laurene Living against claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our website or products, or your breach of these Terms.
